Voice Agents

What it's for

Voice Agents lists the AI agents that answer and place calls for your workspace. Your agents are built in Retell AI and synced into Voicent. Here you can see each agent at a glance, pull in the latest changes from Retell, and open an agent to review its full setup.

Retell agents are view-only in Voicent

You create and edit Retell agents in the Retell dashboard. Voicent shows a synced copy, so changes you make in Retell appear here after you click Sync from Retell.

Browse your agents

Each agent appears as a card. The card shows:

  • The agent's name, description, and status.
  • A Synced from Retell badge for synced agents, or Removed from Retell if the agent no longer exists in Retell.
  • LLM, Voice, Language, Cost/Min, and Response details.
  • Feature badges such as Transcription, Recording, Backchannel, Voicemail Detection, Post-call Analysis, the number of Tools, and Webhook.
  • Any phone numbers assigned to the agent. The main number is marked (primary).
  • Temperature, Voice Speed, and when the agent was Last synced.

To find an agent, type in the Search agents... box. The list filters by name and description as you type.

Sync agents from Retell

When your workspace is connected to Retell, you see a Retell Connected badge at the top of the page.

  1. Create or edit your agent in Retell. Click Open Retell Dashboard to go there.
  2. Come back to Voice Agents and click Sync from Retell.
  3. Wait for the Synced! badge. Your agent list refreshes.

If you have no agents yet, the page shows No agents synced yet. Click Sync Now after you create an agent in Retell.

Note

If you don't see Sync from Retell, your workspace isn't connected to Retell yet. Ask your workspace admin to set up the connection.

Open an agent

  1. On the agent's card, click View Details (or the gear icon).
  2. The agent page opens. It shows a summary bar with LLM, Voice, Language, Cost/Min, Max Duration, and Last Sync.
  3. To open the agent in Retell, click the external-link icon on its card in the list.

Click Back to Agents to return to the list.
